Actually, its more like this: If anyone sees you with a cell phone you are thrown out of the school because of the so-called "separation of cell phone and state" that doesn't actually exist. Furthermore, anyone else can bring in a walkie-talkie, fire for smoke signals, Morse code, jungle drums, whatever. Just don't you dare use the J word.
