Under the "Servers" tag, there should be a check box at the bottom that says "My server requires authentication", check that, and then to the right you should be able to click on the "Settings" button. This should open another tab and you should see "Logon information. It should default to "Use same settings as my incoming mail server". This should be ok. Click ok or apply and try to check your emal again.
