This reminds me of something that occured to me after watching someone weave through traffic like an as$ one day. It occured to me that maybe he had somewhere VERY important to be. By important I mean like life or death, not late for bowling league. Before flying off the handle, which I am as guilty of as the next guy, I try to have restraint and allow that maybe something more than is obvious is going on. It would be just my luck to lose it on some fool and "jam" him only to find out he missed his last opportunity to see a loved one because of me.
I guess that puts me in ianc's (aka the baby-killer, speeder, foot in as$ guy
) camp. The law is best left enforced by law enforcement. If someone is speeding in your neighborhood-call the cops.
