Downunder Halter $24.99

The halter is made with rope that has a stiff inner core, making it uncomfortable for a horse to pull or lean, teaching the horse to "give" to pressure. Halter knots are strategically located on the pressure points of the nose to help get the horse's attention, if he does not give to pressure. Use to successfully communicate cues when lungeing, leading or flexing. You will find this training tool to be essential for all the exercises in Clinton's groundwork training series. Although you can certainly get the job done with other halters, you may find completing the exercises takes longer with a web-type halter that horses can easily lean on or a flimsy short lead rope with no feel to it.

Available in black or gold.
