Perhaps to help clarify for those that did not hear the show.
Rush did not point out the tremors of Fox as an isolated event to ridicule. He was discussing the way the left puts victims up to fight their battles knowing that anyone who disagrees with them will be viewed as a monster, it's an ugly tactic. In that vein he was getting across the point that Fox was made to look as pathetic as possible to achieve that goal. That after viewing that commercial that is so painful to watch and evokes so much sympathy, how could anyone disagree with him (whether you know the issue or not)?
Rush was critical of the tactic, never Fox or his disease with he expressed great sympathy and compassion for. He also lauded Fox for his foundation and his efforts to find a cure. All of this before the **** hit the fan, so it was sincere.
