It's obvious that he doesn't because you have seen him in public not having those movements. He further has written that he does stop his medicines before appearing before the senate.
Anyway your post demonstrates my assertion, that the debate is focused on the celebrity and the effectiveness of the sympathy card, and not the real issues.
