The difference being Absolute pressure is pressure relative to a perfect vacuum. Gauge pressure is relative to real world.
Yes, all the values given in this thread are based on guage pressure. (i.e. pressure relative to 1 atmosphere, which is the nominal atmospheric pressure at sea level)
