"So I haven't had any, you know, problems with pure Parkinson's symptoms in any of these interviews, because I'll tend to just make sure that I have enough Sinemet in my system and, in some cases, too much. But to me, it's preferable. It's not representative of what I'm like in my everyday life."
You know what you can do with your moron comment.

Someone's not paying attention here (how unusual).
What a Parkinson's sufferer is like without the medication is near-paralysis and without the ability to speak clearly.
Now, speaking clearly would be a useful thing for an actor, yes?
And especially when testifying before Congress or doing a TV show or doing a TV commercial.
That's what he's referring to as 'problems with pure Parkinson's.'
It's a bit of a dilemma: show Parkinson's symptoms and be difficult to understand, or show the symptoms induced by the medication and look a bit ...theatrical.
BTW, there's a video of Rush doing his show and physically mocking MJF as he trashes his TV spot.
Anyone who thinks Rush is being 'respectful' of Fox ought to look that up.
