I have an 800+ score.
One credit card (paid in full), and a couple mortgages.
A good friend was told by our mortgage broker friend that he will not acheive 800 with as many mortgages as he has. He ownes several duplexes, financed individually, along with a bunch of other real estate.
Your ten mortgages may be hurting your score.
Why have more than one credit card?
