No, they have linked a different PayPal account to my eBay user name.
I am very impressed with how quickly eBay has responded and fixed this problem. It appears that I won't have to pay a dime in listing fees, and, as far as I can tell, the couple of bidders who paid for their auctions before I caught on are getting refunded by PayPal.
