It started when they decided to create a sexually charged ad with a fabricated relationship between Ford and a young woman. That *alone* is offensive enough to make me mad. Then, obviously, someone had to hire the actress. And yes, it is clear as day to me that they decided to play the race card. And then even after it was clear that may people considered it a racist ad, they KEPT AIRING IT. So obviously they were pretty okay with people thinking it was racist. Frankly, I don't care if you see it or not. I am done with republicans. Period.
So why do you think they decided to hire a white actress? Can you honestly say it was *random*? NOTHING in political ads is random. Everything is a choice intended to get the candidate elected. It is not cinema verite. So everything about her was a choice. If you can come up with a different plausible explanation for that choice, then go for it.
