Doors, hood shocks, alternator bolts, SWB guages are all good ones but I think the biggest PITA is... aligning door window frames. I dont mean just bolting them in but getting them perfect! There are a million adjustment possibilities and I think I could build a whole 911 in the time it takes to get that damn door to shut correctly once the window frames are in!!!
