I assume you mean you have JB Audio units in you car and you want to remove and replace them.
I don't know about JB, but I just replaced all the factory Blaupunkt speakers in my '87 Carrera and each one was held in by 4 phillips-head sheet-metal screws which were plainly visible and accessible. If you don't see screw heads on your speaker grills, I would guess the grills just snap on and the screws are hidden beneath.
However, don't send me the bill if there is something more sinister at play here.
