Complete tune-up, and then go hunting for vac leaks. Then get rid of the cat. Then a Wilk chip. Anything else is a waste of time and money, and I'm sure most of the guys here will tell you the same. 944s don't respond to bolt-on mods that much. It's always best to spend money on tune-up items. Plus, it's amazing how many vac leaks you can have and still think things are okay - then it's amazing what a difference fixing the vac leaks makes.
