Computer Tracking Porsche Maintenance

I'm curious what you all (southern accent) are doing to track the maintenance costs on your car. When I bought my 911 18 years ago, there was not a good software program available. I developed a spreadsheet that I've used continuously. I divided the maintenance costs into Planned and Unplanned. Fixes like tire replacements, tune-ups, and body enhancements fall into the Planned category. Alternator and clutch failures, etc. fall into the Unplanned category. Despite what I've heard about the high maintenance costs on Porsches, my Unplanned costs are not that high if averaged over the 18 year period. In my mind, Unplanned maintenance are the costs that really hurt you. I also separate the repairs into material cost and labor cost and track what repair shop did the repairs (for the few I don't do myself). The material vs labor totals will surprise you. Lastly, I enter the date the problem was first noticed and the date it was fixed (to see how long it took me to resolve the problem).

Are you tracking your maintenance costs on your computer?

What type program are you using?

What helpful features are included in your program/spreadsheet that I might wish to add?
