well, before you remove it you can just check to see if its working properly with a multimeter, Its pin connections it's pin 13 on the DME wire harness i'll have to check the ohm rating but its like 1.45-3k ohm up to 30 Degrees Celcius (80oF). and like 200-300+ ohms at like 175 o Ferinheight. It's much easier then removing the DME temp sensor, b.c you got to bleed out the air you just got in and that's just no fun and alot of work. I know, i've done it before, so i just did a few simple tests with a multimeter and checked. the DME temp Sensor, Air flow meter, Throttle position switch and Auxilary air valve and all apear to be ok except i dunno how to read infinity on my meter to know if the throttle switch is good :P
