I dont think there is a definitive list out there. But the 944, 944S and the 924S all used the single piston calipers front and rear.
The 944 Turbo, S2 and 968 all used the same 4-piston Brembo calipers front and rear.. the only difference being larger pistons in the front than in the rear.
The M030 968 and the 944 Turbo S used a larger caliper in the front, but the same rear caliper as the 944 Turbo.
Im not 100% sure what the M030 944S2 used, but i am pretty sure it was the regular 944 Turbo front caliper.
