They are not spacer brackets, but actual adapter brackets to mount the calipers. The larger Turbo S and M030 968 caliper used a radial mount as opposed to an axial mount. It may be vice versa..but if you see the larger caliper you will know what i mean.

The adapter bracket basically allows you to run the Turbo S style caliper with the regular 944 Turbo spindle.

I am not sure who make this mount but i do know they are made. I cant think of any companies off hand that have it for sure.
