Best food i had in Europe was in Budapest. Forgot name of place but go ask the Concierge for the best place in town. It is a small villa on a hill about 30 mins from the city. I arrived in jeans and a polo shirt, everyone else was in either a tux or dark suit. My dinning companion was wearing a soccer jersey
