I just went the electrical tape route...My lcd had broken and I had a nice half moon on the display and it looked like crap so I trimmed out a piece of electrical tape to fit the hole and got i nice and warm with a heat gun and was able to fit so you can't tell it's there....I know it's cheesy but I know if I tried to take it all apart I would do alot more than good. And I have a clock on the radio anyway..
