It came "preprogrammed" but unfortunately w/o a wiring diagram and with a bootleg set of software. The software won't load so it's kind of tough to get it working properly. The car actually ran fairly well until it develpoed the hot start issue. If I put the stock AFM on it runs fine. I actually got the low end performance to be fairly good. It definately needs the dyno tuning. I talked to the guys @ Lindsey and they were not much help and Professional Mass Airflow Systems who made it are not any help either. I am going to send it to a guy in Norway who paid for one from the same vendor and never received it. He seems like a decent fellow and essentially has zero recourse here in the states. I am about ready to just really tune mine and leave it alone and go out and buy something else. I like the way it handles and I'm just tired of all the soad opera stuff. I really liked my last 911 so I may just pick up another 84-86 Carrera and keep them both. Hopefully some day with the help of our legal system I will recover the funds that are gone. I'm just tired of emails making me out to be the bad guy here and blasting me for not being trusting enough, refund checks being lost in the mail, etc. 9 months just seems long enough to get jerked around. After that period of time it's pretty obvious nothing is going to happen w/o intervention.
I have just been too patient.
Steve
