What the heck is going on with my body?
A few months ago I suffered tendonitis on my right wrist and forearm from doing straight bar barbell curls. Not heavy weight, loads I used to be able to lift without issue.
When it was warmer, I went kayaking every weekend. While my shoulders and neck got bigger, my shoulder joints ached all the time. I used to do shoulder shrugs with heavy loads without issue.
Today I sprained my left wrist while awkwardly lifting a collapsible gurney (no corpse on the cart). Not a heavy table at all , just unwieldy. I'm away from home so can't get in to see my doctor but I'm pretty sure from the swelling that my wrist is sprained.
Are these signs of aging? I'm only 42!
