Hell, I have all that and more and I'm not even 40 yet! - jammed my right middle finger blocking a pass playing basketball - over a month ago - and it's still swollen and sort
- sprained another finger getting into bed the other night - just bent it wrong when I flopped down
- right ACL is gone
- shin splints
- plain ol' fascim in both feet
- random excruciatingly painful leg and foot cramps for no apparent reason.
