Idiots. Where are they going to come up with the $100+ billion it will cost to pay back all those bonds? They surely aren't going to stop spending money on the crack mamas and illegal aliens. I guess they will just have to raise taxes.

Remember prop M? it was a hike in the sales tax to pay for rebuilding our freeways. Only problem is, it ended up in the general fund and the bleeding heart politicians in sacramento spent it on everything except what it was intended for. Now we vote to continue paying that tax (which will not do what it was supposed to do) and we vote for HUGE bond measures to pay foer what prop M was originally for.
How do these people survive, they obviously don't have enough brains to breath on their own.
