RC Paints like Pactra could work but the sheer volume you need for the spoiler would probably nealry equal the amount it would cost to glass over the spoiler and make it a solid unit with regular paint.
Yeah I know how painting Lexan is (fellow rc racer) and while the finish looks great it is usually because it is painted from the inside.
