I spoke to the guy that was supposed to give him the title and says it'll be on the way. I have ways i can get a title for the car ie mechanics lien, or having it towed to a buddys tow yard and buying it after 30 days but i really don't want to do that What can i do?? Is that fraud on the seller who i bought the car from??? Thanks in advance

Since it's interstate commerce, it's not just state fraud, it's federal fraud. Tell him you will call the sheriff's office to ask him to impound the car pending adjudication of ownership, which will tie it up but good. Do your homework, study the law, and take action. I had to go down this road partially over a car I bought in Georgia. Got rather ughly until I started talking law enforcement, that changed the seller's tune but quick.
