One question I forgot to ask was a heat shield for the muffler. I am currently running a Magaflow dual in dual out and was concerned about the heat and the fg bumper. Doing some research I ran across Thermo-Tec heat shield and it looks like something I might try.

I might try and figure out something for front as far as crash protection. Peter mentioned that I might be able to leave a stripped down rear bumper in place for max crash protection.

Thanks for the reply. I'll post pics after the install. The car is in need of a paint job so the finish product will be after I get my 3 or 4 car garage. (one car stall leads to dents and scratches)
