I use google analytics. It's actually very powerful. Problem is Google dumbed down the FAQ's.

What you are working with is actually a product named Urchin. Google bought them. Urchin starts at $900 and can reach into the thousands depending on the modules that you want to use. Analytics is really a pretty sweet deal.
