I agree with Jim...nobody works for free including you. To inspect the water pump, covers had to be removed and reinstalled. It's unreasonable to expect them to do that for free. I sent you an email with a name of someone who is the only one I take any of my cars to. He is honest as the day is long and I haven't found anything yet that he hasn't fixed.
