Geez. It's only been a couple of days since election day. I don't think anything has changed of any consequence yet. Even Rummy's "retirement" hasn't changed the situation in Iraq as of yet.

Umm. We are at war aren't we? Who was planning to pay for this if we cut taxes? In my simple mind, it seems we should be paying for the war effort now, not borrowing it and letting future generations pay it back. Maybe our current administration thought the electorate would go along with their plan if they weren't subject to any discomfort and sacrifice.

Can't buy that 40" wide screen you were planning to purchase? Maybe the dollars would be more wisely spent on better protection for our kids in Iraq and Afghanistan (not always a priority).

How about, Let's see what happens before we pass judgement? I'm waiting and observing too.
