Tech, you have no argument from me on the spending in Washington. I would like to see, though, an example where the liberals in Washington reduced government spending. Trust me, I would love to see the Democrats reduce government spending. I would also like to see a pig fly...that would be cool.
It seems to me that the liberal voter in this country sees his or her tax dollar as a form of charity. They give their money to the government in the hopes that government programs will help the poor, downtrodden, uneducated masses. I wonder what would happen if the government got out of the charity business and let the actual charities do that work.
