Things on consignment and the Law?
My wife has a crafts/jewelery business (shameless plug, see my sig)
She has been approached by a couple of people that wish to put some of her items in their shops. They want to do it on consignment. Is there a contract that I can have them sign to make sure she gets paid when the sell or the items returned if they dont sell?
