Moneyguy, it really is simple. Abandon the concept of deficit spending. Period. Done.
We all have to budget our money every month. If you have to spend some extra on something one month, then maybe you don't go out to eat as much, whatever. Why should the government be any different? They get a budget, they have to stay within that budget (and no funny accounting either, I mean real dollars. Enough of this discretionary spending BS)
