Several years back, a woman decides she has to parallel park between my car and my buddies truck. As we stood by, she proceeded to hit my bumper, then the other bumper, then mine, this his, etc. This went on about 8-10 times.
No real damage occured, but both of us were pissed, since she just kept doing it. We tried to talk to her but she just walked past us with her 2 kids. So, we called the Police. They finally got her to open her door. She then turns out to have an expired Arkansas license and no insurance! (This was in Upstate NY). The cops asked her why she had to park there and she says that where she is from you have to park in front of your own property, you can't park in front of someone else's property. We all basically thought she was crazy and had to let it go...
