It's against my better judgment that with so few posts to my name I've ventured into Off Topic
That being said, correct me if I'm wrong but couldn't a multimeter with RPM function verify the accuracy of the tach? And couldn't a portable GPS verify the accuracy of the speedometer?
Shouldn't be too hard to round up either.
