Just because a guy tosses $50k large on the desk in front of another guy and says that's all he was able to come up with and he reacts not with shock or dismay but by conveying that he's not ready yet.....that doesn't mean he's corrupt. Maybe they had just ordered a bunch of pizzas or something?
