Have you ever been there? Do you know it's history beyond Entertainment Tonight? Specifically that it's one of the most culturally-rich territories in America, dating back over 13,000 years ago with the Chumash Indians.
Heated water? Malibu doesn't even have a sewer system. Each house holds its own ***** via septic tanks.
The mountains are pushing the highway into the Pacific Ocean, and between fire, high tides, earthquakes and landslides, a house will be lucky to survive a decade anywhere from Big Rock to Ventura County.
Not all is Hollywood and C-notes spilling out of open pockets. Just ask a
