this isn't a question, just a gesture of gratitude. Thanks to all of you who took time to help me in the past week with my numerous problems, especially Dave (if you're ever down in Pomona, give me a chance to take you to lunch or something..
)
the car is running, valve adjusted (i can now take off and put back the valve covers in about 5 minutes)transmission leak fixed, thermostat replaced, new alternator, new voltage regulator, and new pertronix.. i'm definitely happy..
FYI dave, it was a combination between the wire from the alternator and a bad VR that's been screwing me up..
