My condolences to you on your loss Scott. You really don't need this crap piled on top of your grief.
+1 on getting the bill reversed but I also think you might want to contact the Dr directly and let him know what a **** he has running his office. If he goes corporate on you, then fug him, call the local paper and embarass the bastid.
