Well, I gave him all day to respond to my last e-mail, but he has not responded. I e-mailed him tonight with notice that I am cancelling the purchase and wished him luck on the re-listing. I think I can sleep well tonight knowing that I acted in good faith and gave him a chance to correct the situation. I did cc e-bay this time. Thanks for the advice guys.
