Not quite sure how many K-4’s were built. When the Lola T-600 arrived on the scene it pretty much outdated the 935. The Moby Dick, K-4 and Akin Hybrids were basically a stopgap to tide over the Porsche customer until the 956/962 was available. They were defiantly the most radical Porsche 935’s ever built. Admittedly they were pretty much a silhouette car with the chassis being either tube frame or monocoque with only the roof, A, B and C pillars used from the original 930 chassis.
