My 2 cents is find a better deal. A 10K running SC in California that is rust free and in need of some minor cosmetics is a better option than a 3500 rusty roller without an engine, and a cracked interior. After you bought the car you would be on a rust hunt and finding rust is a depressing experience that i know first hand. Have you removed the headlights, looked in the wheel wells real closely, Checked the area aroudn the front bumper brackets, check behind the evaporator in the drivers side wheel well closely. I say keep your 3500 close to you and let this one go.
