It looks like this is turning into a major *****storm.
Chain of events as I understand them:
* Library personnell ask for the kids ID, which is policy to be in library after a given hour.
* Kid says "No"
* Library sez "provide ID or get out"
* Kid sez he won't provide ID, and he's staying
* cops are called
* kid won't cooperate with the cops, gets tazed.
* kid is screaming and cussing at the officers, gets tazed again. Lather, rinse, repeat. Slow learner: as soon as the pain wears off, he's screaing at them again
I don't feel sorry for him. He says he was leaving, but if he really wanted to get out of there before the cops got to him, he could have been
gone. He basically thought he could challenge authority without consequence, and when said consequence came down on him like a ton of bricks, he got even more rebellious and indignant.
