I agree on the 964 but it is really difficult to find a decent car that has been maintained. It seems that in general the Carreras have been used as fun weekend cars and lovingly maintained. A lot more of the 964s have been used as daily drivers and the owners were not as particular about their cars. I know there are really nice 964s out there but they are priced accordingly.
