I was about 30 years old and was always stuffed up and sneezing. It started shortly after I had my spleen removed, so it may have had something to do with my immune system. It was suggested to have my tonsils checked, and the ENT doctor said they can either be helping you or hurting you. It helped a little afterwards, but I later discovered other, more effective things. I was only mildly down for a few days, as I recall. This was the mid-80's. The ENT, she drove a Quattroporte.
