That isn't racism. That's simply not liking the way young black culture is right now. It has nothing to do with racism. If young white kids were driving down the street with their 20 inch rims and rap music thumping I bet your dad would have the same response.
Racism is where you pre-judge something simply based on race.
For example, I may not like rap music (actually I do like some rap except for the really hard core stuff...just can't get past every other word being a curse word), but that doesn't make me racist. It just means I don't like rap music.
