FFL holder since '85, I'm a bit confused what this is about.
Is this the situation: John Doe from Kansas moves to Terra del Fuego. Gets Fuegan ID. Comes to Arkansas to visit. Decides to purchase a firearm. Comes to my shop expecting me to sell him one?
An even deeper question, would I have to accept Fuegan money?
