The lights are really pretty easy to do. The big expense is the H4s. The rest of the stuff is probably $40-$50 tops. If you get the lights I'll shoot you up the parts at cost. As long as you can solder (I hate crimps) and you don't mind cutting the headlight wires right by the lights it's pretty straight forward. The difference in light is amazing. It is well worth it.
