cathedral in my home town... just noticed how beautifull and impressive it really is last week when i was there for a funeral....growing up around it as a kid you don't realize how impressive this thing really is...



then the Cloth halls on the great market... this is sort of the view i had from my bedroom for 15-20 years of my life... just a bit further from the cameraposition..




and the Menin gate in my town... every day at 20h00 , everything stops for the Last Post... never misses a beat, and only got suspended for a few years during WW2, and the first thing to be reinstated as soon as the Germans left town again...
