Given the age of the car, Euro or US won't have a price impact and if you have a guide to US spec cars, use it. At this age, it is all about condition, histroy records and how a PPI checks out. SC's run from 10K-20K (or more, if they are 100pt concours or podium club race cars)

By '83, the RoW cars would still have a slight power advantage over US cars. The most annoying part of SC HP researches are 1) DIN or SAE specs and 2) the year. Some year had a change in compression and while US cars may have always been rated at 180hp, som sources indicate they actual enjoyed an unpublished hp gain, to 190-195hp. Euro SCs also had a range of HP quotes over the years. No less than 180 (us was no less than 172) and no more that 204hp. Confused? ok. An '83 euro should have about 200hp

In addition, the euro may or may not be as well optioned (AC, Leather, Sunroof etc) US cars were much better equipped in options, but they cost weight.
